CAPA offers professional Performing Arts and Production Arts training combined with academic excellence. CAPA’s full time curriculum is led by a team of top teachers in industry standard facilities ensuring the very best in Performing Arts training and education.

CAPA offers two course pathways:

Performing Arts:
CAPA provides a full-time curriculum covering the three art forms of Dance, Drama and Singing through a combination of BTEC and A-level courses – BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Performing Arts, A-Level Dance and A-Level Drama. Students gain extensive practical training including Acting, Directing, Musical Theatre, Jazz, Ballet, Singing, Contemporary, Choreography, Theatre in Education and Physical Theatre, alongside the rigor of academic study exploring the theoretical concepts of Dance and Drama.

Production Arts:
CAPA’s BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Production Arts provides an exciting and challenging opportunity to develop a wide range of skills in design and technical theatre. Students gain training and experience in a wide range of skills and design including: Lighting, Sound, Set Design and Construction and Stage Management.

Additional A-level study is also available from our partner Ossett School and Sixth Form College in a wide range of studies.
